Topic: Gothic III

There was a spot there on the wall
Right near the far end of the hall
At first I hoped it might be mud
But truly thought it looked like blood
When turning… I saw a large, pale doll

From one hand hung a heavy maul
From ankle drug a chain and ball
Then I noted with fear like flood
There was a spot there on the wall

Faster than feet I managed a fall
No time to run I started to crawl
Desperate plan for escape… a dud
The last sound I heard was a thud
And though it was only quite small
There is a spot there on the wall
